Become A Member

As a member of the Property Management Association of Mid Michigan, you will have access to a multitude of opportunities including networking, sponsorship/advertising, education, charitable endeavors and much more.

You may choose to attend some of our many meetings, events and educational opportunities, so that you can network with other members, increase your business or advance in your career. You may even want to join a committee and/or run for a position on the Board of Directors and help shape the future of the PMA Mid Michigan.

Either way there is always plenty to be gained by becoming an active member. As with most things, the more you put into it the more rewarding it will be!

Annual Dues:

$85 property fee, plus $2.05/unit. 

Under 25 units - $100 fee.

All applicants will be charged a one-time application fee.

This membership is available to any supplier wanting to only join PMA Mid Michigan.  The cost to join on a local level is $260. Once you have joined the association, you will be listed in our directory.  As a member, you will have access to the membership directory in Mid Michigan, be able to register for events and education at member rates and have the opportunity to network with property professionals across Mid Michigan.

A one-time application fee of $25 will also be applied to your invoice.
