Property Professionals

Jodi Cornell - She currently serves on the Membership and NextGen Committees and regularly participates in various PMAMM events, including the Quarterly Book Club, Annual Golf Outing, Annual Trade Show, Coffee and Convos, Membership Mixers, Statewide Capitol Day, and the 2024 Goal Getter Series. Jodi holds her real estate license and an AHM (Accredited Housing Manager) Certification, and has held various roles in the industry, which she believes gives her valuable insight to contribute at the board level. Her deep passion for the industry motivates her to continue giving back and helping shape its future through PMAMM leadership.

Sarah Marshall - is rerunning for another term on the PMAMM Board of Directors, having already served as a director for the past two years. She also represents PMAMM as a member of the State Board. Sarah holds several designations, including Certified Occupancy Specialist, Fair Housing Specialist, and Management Operating Review Specialist. In addition to regularly attending PMAMM’s Annual Golf Outing and Trade Show, Sarah is committed to the professional development of her team and ensures her staff participates in the educational programs PMAMM offers. Sarah believes in bringing diversity to the board by representing smaller, owner-operated agencies, ensuring that they have a voice alongside larger management companies within the association.

Sharon Bennett - Has held roles with PMAMM in the past and did serve as a Director. Sharon currently serves as a member of our Great Lakes Bay committee and is excited to continue to expand our reach in to the Eastern Michigan territory of PMAMM

Zachary Graham - is currently serving his second year as the PMAMM NextGen Committee Co-Chair, where he has been a strong advocate for the association's growth. He is actively involved in all PMAMM events and education sessions and has played a key role in supporting the expansion of PMAMM’s Eastern territory, regularly attending early morning events in the Great Lakes Bay area. Zach holds a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Certification and brings extensive experience in both commercial and residential property management. His expertise includes managing operational tasks such as updating telecommunications systems, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating events, building relationships with residents and vendors, tracking housing trends, and crafting budgets. With his hands-on industry experience, Zach is passionate about contributing to the PMAMM Board of Directors, where he aims to bring innovative solutions and enhance community-building efforts within the industry.

Supplier Members

David Schweickert - David is running for his 3rd consecutive term as a PMAMM Board Director. David sits on our PMAMM Supplier Committee & can be found attending our annual Education Conference and Golf Outing

Donna Parini - has 12 years of experience in the multifamily industry and is rerunning for the 2025-2026 term on the PMAMM Board of Directors, where she currently serves as a director. She has also chaired the PMAMM Supplier Committee and continues to contribute as an active committee member. Donna attends all PMAMM events, proudly representing both the Board of Directors and her company, ASI. She is deeply involved in PMAMM and passionate about its growth, eager to continue being a voice for suppliers and a driving force behind the organization's success.

Hannah Crosby - is eager to deepen her involvement with PMAMM, particularly as her role now has Mid-Michigan as her home base. Although she currently does not serve on a PMAMM committee due to her previous out-of-state responsibilities, she plans to get more involved at the committee level in 2025. Hannah is proud to work for Chadwell Supply, a PMAMM Platinum Sponsor, and is grateful that the sponsorship allows her and her team to attend nearly all PMAMM events throughout the year. Now that she is centrally located in Mason, MI, and no longer traveling as much, Hannah is excited to become more consistently active in PMAMM and leverage her experience to contribute to the organization’s future growth.

Jim Gromer - is a statewide supplier member who currently serves on the State Education, Legislative, and Communication/Membership Committees. With a recent shift in his business focus to the Mid-Michigan region, Jim is eager to get more involved locally. Jim is running for the PMAMM Board of Directors because he wants to give back to the industry that has given him so much. He believes that his experience, combined with his commitment to contributing significant time and resources, will allow him to make a meaningful impact on PMAMM's future if elected to the board.
